What is this service?

Aimed towards those who are undertaking larger-scale projects such as full home renovations, extensions or new builds. Our Bespoke Design Consultation offers tailored, in-depth support from the very beginning. We believe that involving interior designers early in the process leads to smoother collaboration, smarter decisions, and more cohesive results. By working closely with architects, builders and other professionals, we help shape your vision from the ground up, ensuring every detail contributes to the home you've always dreamed of.

 

What you will receive. 

 

- Initial in-person meeting - in which the scope and requirements will be determined 

- Follow up summary - this will summarise the brief and pricing estimates 

- Detailed pack including sample boards and colour charts

- Furniture, fixtures and equipment pack

- 2D floor plans, elevations and lighting and electrical plans

- Joinery designs based on the scope of work required

-Comprehensive design schedule

- Fortnightly on-site meetings

- 3D visuals (at an extra cost)

Pricing

As this is a bespoke service pricing will vary on each project based on its requirements however as we would like to provide transparency in our pricing we have provided starting prices based on your house size below. Please note these may vary based on project complexity.

4 bed house: £18,000

5 bed house: £20,000

Extensions: £10,000
